Delayed or Lost Baggage
If your baggage is misplaced or lost, Primera Air will make every effort to return it to you as soon as possible.
If your baggage is missing on the baggage belt after your flight, please immediately report it to the Lost&Found office at the airport of arrival. We can't start looking for your bag and cannot accept responsibility for delayed baggage unless you report it before leaving the airport. We would also like to inform that Primera Air holds a limited responsibility of damages caused by delay. Therefore we recommend you to report the damage to your insurance company.
Please note that Primera Air only handles baggage requests on flights identified as PF or 6F. Check your ticket, boarding pass or baggage tag for identification. If your flight identification does not include the letters PF or 6F, contact your sales agent or tour operator.
If you have notified us of your lost baggage and received a file reference number, you can check the status of your baggage in our WorldTracer system. Please follow the link below and enter your last name and your file reference number, which consists of the destination airport's three-letter code followed by the airline code (PF or 6F) and 5 digits, e.g. CPHPF20075.

If your baggage is not located within 21 days of arrival, you are entitled to file a claim for compensation. You should submit your boarding pass, baggage tag and PIR (Property Irregularity Report) issued by Lost&Found, as well as an application containing a list and the value of lost items to Primera Air Baggage Service at [email protected]
